Summary

A guide for attorneys to the best free legal sites, and how to effectively use them The internet is one of the most powerful tools a lawyer can use, and it becomes more indispensable each day. Legal information used in practicing law - cases, statutes, regulations, and more, even foreign and international sources - are there for free on your computer. No monthly charges or download fees or subscriptions needed; for many sources of law, all you need are an internet connection....and this book, to direct you to the best sites and help you use them Wanita Scroggs and Sally Waters are both law librarians and adjunct professors at Stetson University College of Law in Gulfport, Florida. Ms. Scroggs earned her B.A. from Texas A&M University, her J.D. from the Arizona State University Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law, and her M.L.I.S. from the University of South Florida. She is Stetson's Foreign and International Law Librarian. Ms. Waters earned her B.A., J.D., and M.L.S. degrees from the University of South Carolina, and she is Stetson's "Queen of Reference."
