    The two sheets are each folded accordion-style and affixed to the inside of the folder. One sheet contains the text of the poem "El ruego" in Spanish, the other in English. The four pages of the folder are painted. On the front exterior is a raised illustration showing a young woman praying the rosary. The illustration opens up and shows a drawing of an ascending human figure.
