Produced and illustrated by hand using paper and cardboard of various textures and weights; includes tissue paper, paper cutouts, and silk ribbon ; a twig from a cieba tree in the Parque de la Fraternidad and some soil from beneath the tree are attached to the inside back cover.
Book covered in purple textured fabric with fabric and paper collages on front and back covers. On cover, name of author in paper is collaged on shiny fabric, rolled up and held in place by fabric ties that match the background cover. Unrolled, the fabric extends to four times its length, with letters in purple, yellow, and black on white paper showing the name of the work. Some of the letters in the title and in other places in the work are replaced by male genetalia or human fingers. Picture on front cover is made paper partly covered by sheer fabric, with more paper on top forming a face with a hair decoration in cut-out paper of lipsticks drawn to form a crescent moon. Back cover has collages in paper and fabric. Fixed endpapers are decorated with picture of tree surrounded by a fence, with yellow high-heeled pump hanging from a branch. All but the shoe are paintwashed in purple. Front free endpaper is of blue tissue paper with paper collage-work. P. [5] has colored illustration that unfolds downward, showing a male body from the waist down in bikini panties and high-heeled mule. On the back, the name of the editor and illustrator are collaged in paper. Some illustrations are color collaged, some are photocopied in black and white, and some are black and white that have been colored in. Pages of text on white bond with reproduced decorative borders
